0 Wednesday' December 9th. , 1925. Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present. Hearing had. on Condemnation Resolution No.. 96 for the Opening of Harriett Street from Mishawaka Avenue to north right of way of the Grand. Trunk Western Railroad, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore declare the above described property in all things condemned and appropriated for public use, The Engineer was instructed to make up the roll for the assessment for benefits and the awards of damages atxaxmz of all owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected, which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected. T Board find that the property mentioned in said roll are benefited and damaged Mspectively as shown on said roll filed S-ptember 23rd., 1925 and said roll is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and all action under C ndemnation Resolution No. 91 is hereby concluded. Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits for the Vacation of Angle Street from Rush Street to South line of Sample Street, under Vacation Resolution No. 104 In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no vvri ten remonstrance was filed. Addition, under Improvement Resolution'No. 1514 Filed Nov. 18th., 1925 Concrete pavement on alley between Riverside Drive and Woodward Avenue to Yukon Avenue under Improvement Resolution No., 1547 Filed December 1,1925. 'I Sewer on South Street from Eddy Street to Sunnyside Avenue, i under Improvement Resolution No. 1571. Filed December lst., 1925. Grading of alley north of North Shore Drive from Iroquois Street to Lafayette Street, under Improvement Resolution No.1492, Filed December 1st,, 1925. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonatrance was filed. , The Board therefore rind that the property assessed in said rolls filed Nov. 18th., 1925, Nov. 24th., 1925, and December 1st., 1925 .s benefitted in the amounts at shown on said rolls, and the Board further fin&- that the assessments rolls filed Nov. 18th., 24th. and December 1st., 1925 and the final estimates allowed Nov. 18th., 24th., and December lst., 1925 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed- and approved.
