All members present. <br />Hearing had. on Condemnation Resolution No.. 96 for the Opening of <br />Harriett Street from Mishawaka Avenue to north right of way of the Grand. Trunk <br />Western Railroad, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore declare the above described property <br />in all things condemned and appropriated for public use, <br />The Engineer was instructed to make up the roll for the <br />assessment for benefits and the awards of damages atxaxmz of all owners or holders of <br />property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously <br />affected, which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected. <br />Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and assessments of <br />benefits. for the Opening of Ira .Salle Avema.e from Sunnyside Avenue to the north line <br />Sunnyside Manor, also widening df=om wgst line of Sunnyside Manor Addition to a point • <br />18 feet east of west line of lot 52 S nnyside Manor Addition under Condemnation <br />Resolution N�. 91 u <br />In thq above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrance was filed. Filed December lst., 1925. <br />Grading of alley north of North Shore Drive from Iroquois Street <br />to Lafayette Street, under Improvement Resolution No.1492, Filed December 1st,, 1925. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonatrance was filed. , The Board therefore rind that the property assessed in <br />said rolls filed Nov. 18th., 1925, Nov. 24th., 1925, and December 1st., 1925 <br />.s benefitted in the amounts at shown on said rolls, and the Board further fin&- <br />that the assessments rolls filed Nov. 18th., 24th. and December 1st., 1925 and the <br />final estimates allowed Nov. 18th., 24th., and December lst., 1925 should be and the <br />same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed- and approved. <br />E <br />
