<br />Filed November 17th., 1925.

<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
<br />strances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls']) •
<br />filed November 17th., 1925 is benefittecl in the amounts as shown on said rolls, and the
<br />Board further find, that the assessment rolls filed November 17th., 1925 and the final
<br />estimates allovied Hovember 17th., 1925 should be and the same are hereby in all things
<br />ratified, confirmed and_ approved.

<br />Compl&int has been filed with the Board of Zu.blic 7orks that two cables
<br />belongin,; to your Company, are hanging too lour across the alley adjacent to your right -
<br />of gray, running from Pine Street to Laurel Street, so that trucks are unable to pass throng
<br />through this alley. j
<br />This department had investigated the complaint and find that the rubles
<br />referred to are your signal cables which extend from poles on the north side of the
<br />alley to signal b6xes on yov_r right -of -:gray on the south side of the alley.
<br />If a pole is set on the south side of the alley, where each of these cable
<br />cross, so that the cables could be raised to provide more clearance, s°ie fell that
<br />conditions complained of will be rem(Ddfedd in a satisfactory manner.

<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances,
<br />were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed
<br />November 17th., 1925 is benefitted. in the amounts as shoGm on said rolls, and the Board
<br />further -find, that the assessment rolls filed iTovember 17th., 1925 and the final estimate
<br />allo°red iTovember 17th., 1925 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified,
<br />confirmed and approved.
