Happ and Jessie Happ., his wife; deed of your Petitioner to this land bei. <br />recorded at Book 191 at Page 329 in the office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County in <br />said State. <br />Your Petitioner further states that there is no interest now due on any o; <br />said assessments, and there are no penalties or costs due thereon. <br />In the event thatna reassessment shall be made as herein requested, the <br />undersigned Petitioner agrees to sign and enter into an agreement and waiver in writing;) <br />in the form and manner provided by late to be approved by the said Board of Public 'Works) <br />for the privilege of paying such improvement reassessments in the number of installment <br />required for the remainder of the ten year period granted under the original improvement <br />assessment for said improvement; and it is understood that the undersigned Standard - <br />Oil Company shall pay in full all such unpaid installments of said reassessment as the <br />same shall become due against that part of Lot One (1) of which it is the owner, <br />together with all costs and penalties that mgy be added thereto and all interest thereon, <br />her•efore your Petitioner requests your Board to reassess the unpaid amount <br />of the said improvement assessment, in1luding all unpaid interest thereon, so that that! <br />part of Lot One (1) now owned by your Petitioner shall bear its fair and equitable pro-; <br />portion of each unpaid assessment and all interest clue thereon and all penalties and <br />costs, if any be due in the remaining• years of the ten year period and on the same <br />dates. <br />Approved as to form <br />Howard H.
