Vednesdav T•3ovember 18th., 1925, Continued. <br />All property bounded on the north by Cedar Street, on the east by Frances <br />Street, on the south by IIadison Street and on the west by Notre Dame Avenue. <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 20th. day of November <br />and on the 27th. day of November 1925. in the South Bend Daily Tribune arid- News -Times. <br />This Board, at its office in the,City Hall on the 16th. day of December <br />1925 at 7:15 P.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in <br />or affected by these proceedings. <br />Adopted this 18th. day of November 1925. <br />f Compla.int received about Northern Indiana R. The following order made: Alley paving between St. <br />ouis Blvd. and Street Peter Street from Vlashington Avenue to Jefferson Blvd. delayed and <br />object to further delay because of westher conditions, City Street bepartment to use <br />inders to providel approaches at streets and garages where and if teeessary and <br />ontractor E. T. Tranberg agrees to remove cinders at his own expense when work is <br />ommenced. <br />Partial estimate allowed E. T.
