Tuesday November Board met in regular session at 9:00 A.M. All members present. Representative of Christman Company appeared before the Board and requested permission to place a marguise at entrance of Christman Building on No. 1,1a.in Street. Permission not granted. Controller requested. to pay Llrs. 0. 0. Omundson the sum of Twenty I020.00) dollars for sewer tap paid for on Dayton Street, same to be deducted from the sum of money held up on Geri,id LlcGillicuady, and the balance to be returned to LleGillicuddy on the Dayton Street contract. Partial estimate allowed Carl E. Zimmer for the pavement on the alley between W odward Avenue and Riverside Drive from Vassar Avenue to Yukon Avenue at. $+0109.08' Partial estimate allowed Carl E.
