All members present. <br />Hearing had on Vacation Resolution for the vacation of alley south of <br />Sample Street from Franklin Street to the alley west of Franklin Street, also the <br />alley west of Franklih Street from Sample Street to a point 290.5 feet south of south <br />line of Sample Street under Vacation Resolution No. 106. <br />In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance <br />was filed. The Board therefore after hearing all interested parties present, sustain <br />all former action taken a* and declare the above described property in all things <br />vacated and this resolution in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all olners <br />or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be <br />injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially <br />affected. <br />Hearing given on roll of a:rards of damages and assessments of benefits <br />for the opening of College Street from Hamilton Street to Bergan Street, Brookfield <br />Street from Hamilton Avenue to south line of Bergan Street, Brookfield Street from N. <br />line of Bergan Street to south line of :Nilson Avenue, Johnson Street from Hamilton <br />Street to Wilson Avenue, as provided in Tonaemnation Resolution No. 86. <br />In the above matter remonstrators appeared and written remonstrances <br />were filed by John F. & T,�rrtle Rennoe, Leonard Helen Hadsell,Rloy E. & Elaine A. <br />Batty, and Hubert Z. & Bertha I. Archambeault against amounts of damages and benefits. <br />The Board after hearing all interested parties present and all evidence offered, <br />over -rule remonstrances and now find that the property maationed in said rolls, are <br />benefitted and damaged reppectively as shown in said roll herein below described, and <br />said roll is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, and all action and <br />Condemnation Resolution No. 96 is hereby concluded.
