Wednesday October 28th., 1925. <br />Board met in regular session at 9.-$0 A.11. All members present. <br />Minutes of meetings of Wednesday October 21st., 1925 and 7:15 P.M <br />and Tuesday October 27th., 1925 read and approved. <br />I <br />esiden . <br />Clerk of the Board of Public ,_. orks. <br />Wednesday October 28th., 1925. <br />Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.11. All members present. <br />Hearing had on resolution for the vacation of Angle Street from the <br />!west line of Rush Street to the south line of Sample Street under Vacation Resolution <br />No.104. <br />Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared and a written remonstrance <br />;was filed. The Board after hearing all parties presented interested in said vacation <br />!therefore decides to sustain all former action taken on and declare the above described <br />;property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things ratified, confirmed <br />land approved. <br />And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners <br />for holders of property and of valuable interestes therein sought to be taken or to be <br />injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property benefically <br />!.affected. <br />Hearing on vacation resolution for the vacation of the alley between <br />Lots 66 in Henrick's and Grant's Addition and lot 10 in Kent's Sub. Div. of lot 1 <br />Henrick's and Grant's Addition from Marion Street to north line of said lot 10 tnd 66 <br />under Vacation Resolution No. 105. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />strance was filed. The Board therefore sustain all former action taken on and declare <br />the above described property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things <br />ratified, confirmed and approved. A <br />And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all <br />jowners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken <br />,for to be injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property <br />j!beneifically affected. <br />Hearing had.on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits <br />or the Vacation of alley between lot 6 and a Burrough's Sub. of lots 56 and 57 Henriek <br />nd Grant's Addition from Marion Street to Navarre Street, under Vacation Resolution <br />o. 99. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />trance was filed. The benefits and damages being equal. The Board therefore declare <br />he above roll filed September 30th., 1925 is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed <br />nd gpprovedt and the proceedings closed. <br />Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits <br />Ifor the vacation of court lying along the south line of South Bend Watch Company's <br />I from Esther Street to the alley west of 18th., Street, unde_ Vacation;_zt <br />Il Resolut ion No. 101. <br />In the above matter due to error in description same deferred until <br />jWednesday November 4th., 1925 at 7:15 P.M. <br />Partial estimate allowed to E . T . Tranberg for grade, curb and walk <br />on South side of Almond Couxt from Notre Dame Avenue to the first alley west of Notre <br />Dame Avenue at ....... *t*2x22x $126.83 <br />Complaint received from Clyde E. Anders of 825-22nd.. Street in re <br />Idamages.to walk caused by sewer contract placed on file. <br />
