This condition has existed for a number of <br />years and has continued to become worse because of improper maintenance. The `:lest <br />abutment although not hazardous, s-ould be repaired in the very near future. Frost <br />action has damaged the abutment. <br />An estimate of the cost, submitted b;;T a local contractor, to repair the bridge <br />amounts to core than w12,000.00. This petition was <br />turned over to 'Mr. Er nest ?':`iller for investi ation and rei ort. <br />ENGTN'"- RING DEPA}=.Tid=T: A continuation or veril i caticn certificate on the excavation <br />bond for Peter Schumacher & Sons, Ind. was received, approved and ordered <br />filed. <br />CEI.IETE'RV DEP"'T1,!E11T: Hr. Lisle I -Nabb, Sexton, informed the Board that the other <br />cergetcries in the City were raising the prices on rough 'cox and vault burials, due <br />• to increased prices of material and labor. The Board instructed P,7r.-McNabb to obtain <br />letters from other agencies signifying their intention to raise their prices and presen <br />these letters before the Board at the next meeting. <br />
