Inc. <br />2.80 <br />STREET DEPAR 3TENT: Mr. Tony Zmudzinski, Street Commissioner was -present and matters <br />pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />Mr. Zmudzinski presented a statictical report of the Street Department from January <br />1, 1940 to December 31, 1940. <br />ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: Continuation certificates were received for the following bonds <br />Norman Yd. Collmer, Edward L. Zimmerman, John G. Kestler and Joseph I.I. Hiznay, these <br />certificated were approved and ordered filed. <br />The Bendix Corporation made request for a curb cut on Nestmore St., at the entrance <br />to their new plant. This cut is to be 24t wide. Their request was approved. <br />CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: Mr. Lisle McNabb, Sexton presented his report for the month of <br />December, 1940, <br />ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT: The Board accepted the bid of Scherman-Schaus-Freeman Co., of. <br />•600.00 net, for one 1/2.to 3/4 ton Studebaker pick-up truck for the Electric Department <br />The old 1931 Ford truck to be traded --in. The price of $600.00 is net to the City. <br />WEIGHTS & MEASURES:_ Mr. Charles J.
