<br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Tuesday, November 12th,
<br />1940 at 9:00 A. M. All members were present. Minutes of the last meeting were read
<br />and approved. Salary claims in the amount of $7035.71 were approved and ordered paid.

<br />DEDICATION
<br />Whereas the following described plat with dedication of streets and alleys
<br />indicat-
<br />ed thereon, is now presented to the Board
<br />ROBING'UOOD PLACE is laid out on the following described real estate situated
<br />in St.
<br />Joseph County, in the State of Indiana, to -wit:
<br />The South Two and Sixty-six hundredths (2.66) acres of the East half (EWL)
<br />of the Southeast quarter (SE-1) of the Southeast quarter (SE4) of the
<br />•
<br />Southeast quarter (SE') of Section Number Thirty One (31), Township
<br />Number Thirty -Eight (38) North, Range Number Three (3) East, more part-
<br />icularly described as follows, viz: Beginning at the Southeast corner
<br />of said Section, running thence North three hundred fifty-two (352)
<br />feet, thence Test Three Hundred Thirty- (330) feet, thence South Three
<br />Hundred Fifty-two (352) feet to the South line of said Section, thence
<br />East along said South line, Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet to the place
<br />of beginning.
<br />The lots in said subdivision are numbered from One (1) to Eleven (11) inclusive.
<br />An easement is reserved over the rear Four (4) feet of each of said lots,
