MEETING -- FEBRIJARY 26, 1940 from the office, which money will be refunded upon the return of the specifications. BUILDING DEPARTNIENT: Mr. Healy of the Healy Sigh Co.,1241 S. Michigan St. has applied to the Building Commissioner for permit to install signs on the railroad viaduct at 1rlichigan Street, for the purpose of advertising the Studebaker Out -door Show. The Studebaker Corporation has obtained permission from the railroad company to install such signs, and an appeal having been made to the Board of Public Works and Safety from the Building Commissioner, the Board herewith authorizes the Building Commissioner to grant the Mealy Sign Co., a permit for the installation of temporary signs on the railroad viaduct at ?:.Iichigan Street, for the purpose of advertising the Studebaker Out -door Show. 11r. Mealy is requested to obtain a copy of the letter from the railroad company granting the Studebaker Corporation pernission.to install said signs on the viaduct, to be filed with this mBnorandun.
