MEETING--T AY 1, 1939 <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Yonday, ITay 1, 1939, at <br />9:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes of the previous rneetino were read and <br />approved. Janes Pensinger of P'ensinger Oil Company appeared before the Board asking for <br />approval of filling station at Circle Avenue and asked t=_e approval of the 3oard on the <br />driveways, designated in the blueprint submitted. Tne blue?-rint indicated two 30 foot <br />driveways and a 21 foot drivewavr. lvTr.
