Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. These projects are primarily street improvement projects on streets over which state highways are routed throu;-;h the city of South :,'--)'end. Barnes appeared before the Board and estinated the cost of rewiring the City Hall at approximately "'130.00 based on an hourly rate. /Mr. Qualls made a report concerning a complaint which we had previously received to the effect that the street lights at the intersect -on of Longley and Brookfield and Brookfield and Vassar were obstructed by trees and reported that the light was not obstructed at either intersect ton at the present tire. /TvIr. -Qualls reported that the cab on the Electric Department truck was damaged by wind and that the truck had been taken to t he slater j'orks Garage for repair.
