<br />quests a respread of certain assessments against Certain lots in Ridgedale
<br />-t a {'th additions to the City �' S �� Bend which assessment is known

<br />as Assessment Roll 7-2154, and was levied for the construction and pay_rnent of
<br />local sewer on Fairview Avenue; in support o-C this request petitioner repre-
<br />sents unto your board the following:

<br />1. That Tti rckenllam Land & investment Co.1i?any, a Delaware corporation,
<br />with resident offices in the city of Soui;h Bend is the owner of the '.-,erein

<br />2. That both Ridgedale third and firth additions to the city of South
<br />Bend are -recorded plats.

<br />3. In the year 1927 the Fairview Avenue local sewer was constructed and
<br />assessments therefor were levied in that ye<-r in the total amount of approx- "
<br />irmately Twenty-eight Hundred '-Ll .hl tjT-U (:�2,832.70) Dollars and Seventy,% Cents;
<br />that the first assessment of which V was due in the 7-ear 1928; that one -tenth of
<br />said total assessment was raid for the fears 1928, 1929, 1930, and 1931; that ,I
<br />there is a balance due on said assessments exclusive of interest and Penalties
<br />in the sun of One T,�ousand Six Hundred and Nl inety-Nine (1,�1, 699. 62) Dollars and j
<br />Sixty-two Cents representing the yearly unpaid assessment for the years 1932, i
<br />1333, 1934, 1935, 1936 and 1937.

<br />4. That said total delinquent and unpaid assessment in the sum of One
<br />Thousand Six h unfired and Ninety-Klne (.,;1,e99.62) Dollars and Sixty-two Cents
