L _ L MEETING JAIYTTARY 9, 1039 ✓Regular meeting of the Board of Public Vi,orks was held on Yonday, January 9, 1939, at 9:15 A.Y. All members were present. v1linutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Claims from the follow- ing suppliers in the amount of 0233.25 were approved and ordered paid; also payroll in the amoi;:nt of $3,759.32 for the various Departments. Chief Ingram and Ernest E. Miller, the Traffic Engineer were called in for the discussion and 1Tr. biller was ask to snake a report on the situ t -on. CEMETERY:: Mr. Lyle McNabb was present and was requested by the Board to change the locks on var°.ous doors in his department and also to have t'he combination of the safe cT=anged. He was authorized to determine t1 e cost of repa i ring tT--e present tent on hand and also to determine the cost of a new tent. '/The Clerk of the Board was authorized to sec that all locks and safe comibinations in the City ITall and other buildings belonging to tl'e City be changed.
