41.5 MEETING Nov. _21,-1338 - - --- Regular meeting of the Board of Public forks,was held on Monday, November 21, at 10:30 A. M. Mr. Hunter was absent. Minutes of the 'previous meeting were read and approved. Claims from ,the following suppliers were approved and 'ordered paid in the amount of $1627.70; also payroll of the various departments for the last half of November in the amount of $2a38.OZ: Indiana -Bell Telephone Co. 4.50 B. This matter after a discussion by the Board was referred to the City Plan -Commission for their recommendation. Mr. Frederick° J.Anderson, City -Civil Engineer; filed plans and the Board ddopted said plans together with the following Condemnation Resolution. - ,/RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIAt11A.- That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said city: . FARN12dAN STREET from Fellows Street to High Street, more -particularly described as follows: i Beginning -at- a point -on the North 6- South center line of Section 24, Town -ship 37- North, Range 2 East 298.5 feet south of the East and West center line of said Section 24, thence East along a line 296.5 feet south of and parallel to said East and West center line of .Section 24, to the west line of High Street, thence South along said west line of High Street a distance of 60 feet to a point, thence West .along a line 358.5 feet south of and parallel to said East and West center line of Section 24, Township 37 North, Range 2 Fast, to the North and South center line of said Section 24, Township.37 North, Range 2.East, thence North 60 feet .along- said North and South renter line of Section 24' to the place of beginning,: Except portion dedicated in hilltop Addition. This Board, at its office in the City Nall on the 5th day of December, 1938, at 10*30 A.
