'�A communication was received from the Uommon Council requesting that the Board meet with the Nays end ivleans Committee of the Council to arrange for a conference with the Indiana. Michigan Electric Company vwith reference to reducing rates to general users of electricity. The conference was arranged with the YVays and Means Committee for four -p.m. , PVionday, October 3. Official Contractor's Bond in favor of Axel E. A.nderson was e_-o-proved by the Board. ✓ The Board in conference with =v2r. Mr. walls was requested to instruct the Indiana Michigan Electric Company to in- stall this light. VfPhat e 1000 lumen light be installed on each of the three following streets: Beverly Place, Berkeley Place and Inglewood Place between Oakwood Blvd_, and Vuood- lawn Blvd. Mr. walls -,was instructed to notify the Indiana Michigan Electric Com- pany accordingly.
