<br />rment of Public Parks of said Ci.t�r and the Contractor agrees to bill said Department of
<br />Public Parks for said lamps and the City for the remaining lamps contained. in this con-
<br />tract, the said Department of Public Parks and the said City to pay for said respective
<br />billings."
<br />3. Except as herein expressed and. modified all terms and conditions of said
<br />contract of April 15, 193511 shall remain in full force and. effect.
<br />4. This supplemental contract shall become effective October 1, 1936, and
<br />shall terminate concurrently with said contract dated_ April 15, 1938.
<br />5 This contract is made subject to the jurisdiction of any government auth-
<br />ority or authorities having jurisdicticn in the premises and if any of the terms and !!
<br />conditions hereof are altered or made impossible of performance by the ajudication of
<br />any such governmental authority then in such event neither party hereto shall be liable
<br />to the other for failure to comply with such terms and conditions.
