<br />ented the following; sup -elemental Agreement for the lighting of the city streets, which
<br />was reprovedby the Board and filed with the original contract:
<br />., This Supplemental Agreement made and entered. into this 26 day of L'eptember, 1938,
<br />between the City of South Bend. a municipal corporation of the State of Indiana., by a_nd
<br />through its Board. of Public u'�orks•, pa-1-ty of the first part, hereinafter referred to as
<br />the City and the Indiana. &- Michigan Electric Company a corporation, party of the second
<br />Hart, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, pursuant to the resolution of the
<br />• Board of Public V�orks passed. at ameeting held onthe 26 day of September, 1938.

<br />tained the parties hereto agree that. said contract of April 15, 1935 be and the same is
<br />amended in the following respects:
<br />. 1. That Paragraph 1, of said contract, is hereby amended to read as follows:

<br />of not less than One Thousand and Sixty-three (1063) street lamps supplied from the
