Councilmember Oliver Davis seconded the motion <br /> which carried by a voice vote of seven(7) ayes. <br /> SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> BILL NO. <br /> I8-06 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> DECLARING THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY 5-9, <br /> 2018 AS NATIONAL SCHOOL COUNSELING <br /> WEEK IN SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> Karen L. White, 1912 Malvern Way, South Bend, IN, served as one (1) of the presenters of the <br /> bill. She stated, We are happy to have representatives from IU— South Bend with us that will be <br /> able to accept this recognition. <br /> Oliver Davis, 1801 Nash Street, South Bend, IN, served as one(1) of the presenters of the bill. He <br /> read Bill No. 18-06 into the public record.
