D. 8.50 <br />"A sketch was submitted by-the-Schrader_Service, 601 South Michigan Street, <br />requesting the revision of the entrance to their filling station, they having leased <br />-the neXt -lot south. The Board, after -considering -the plan, return-ed •same to them <br />for revision and modification as� to width- of- entrances. <br />✓ Mr. 0. A. Levine submitted -his revised sketch of plan for approaches to filling <br />station at Irvington and Michigan Streets, which were approved by the Board. <br />The LaSalle Hotel Corporation responded to -the Boardts request to remove the <br />ash pit cover now in the alley west of the -LaSalle Hotel, stating that they had <br />contracted for City heat which would be installed and -in operation -by October lst. <br />They would like -to have permission to-leave­the- screen over -the -ash -pit until that <br />time. The Board responded that if complaints continue to come in they would have to <br />insist on its removal, but if -not they would -mot press the matter until -October lst. <br />Mr. William H. Longenecker, City -Sexton, --submitted a report of the activities <br />of the Cemetery Department for the month of June, showing collections made amounting <br />to $412.75. <br />Bond -of contractor in'favor of Bob Morgan--in-the-Glen Falls Indemnity Company <br />was approved by the Board. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:50 A.
