After carefully considering this <br />request, the Board felt it would not be justified in granting it and the Flack <br />Cigar Company was so notified. <br />Contractor's bond in favor of Harry N. Barnes in the United States Fidelity <br />and Guaranty Company of Baltimore was approved by the Board. <br />Excavation bond in favor of Charles R. Doran in the Employers Liability <br />Assurance Corporation was approved by the Board. <br />Mr. Weer reported regarding the activities of the Street Department for the <br />month. of March, which report is on file in the office of the Board of Public Works. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:00 A.
