Hawblitzel & Son 2,174.00 <br />The Board took this matter under advisement, subject to special meeting -within the <br />next few days. <br />Mr. Anderson, City Civil Engineer, presented appointments in his department, <br />which were confirmed by the full Board as follows: <br />Joseph Paidle - Assistant Engineer <br />William Payne - Transitman <br />The Board also confirmed the appointment in the Building Department of <br />DeWitt C. Southworth - Assistant Building Commissioner <br />Mr. Anderson reported that he was not yet in a position to make recommendations <br />regarding the two petitions referred to him at the last meeting, but would report <br />at an early meeting of the Board. <br />Mr. Weer submitted his report of the work done by the Street and Sewer Depart- <br />ments for the month of November 1936, which report is on file in the office of the <br />Board of Public Works. <br />Excavation bond in favor of William H. Burke in the Royal Indemnity Company <br />was approved by the Board. <br />Continuation certificates in favor of the following covering excavation bonds <br />were approved by the Board and filed with original bond: Phillip Cohn, Louis Stoll <br />Company, A. E. Smith & Son, Emmett Shaul, Jacob Hawblitzel & Son, W. W. Sibley and <br />Rocco Simeri. <br />The meeting adjourned at 2:20 P. M. <br />ATTEST• Clerk <br />
