The matter was referred to Mr. Qualls For investigation and recommen- <br />dation at the next meeting. <br />Mr. Yatthew Manusak, of 1745 North College Street, appeared before the Board to <br />make ca_aim for damages to his car at the 700 block Johnson Street where manhole cover <br />flew off while he was driving over it, causing rear wheel to go into hole, breaking <br />wheel and ruining tire and tube. He stated damage was estimated at approximately <br />�30.00. He was advised the matter would be referred to the City Attorney for <br />investigation. <br />Contractor's bonds in favor of C. A. Jordan in the Fidelity & Deposit Company of <br />Maryland and Octave Van den Borre & Son in the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company of <br />Hartford, Connecticut were approved by the Board. <br />Continuation certificates covering excavation bonds of Niezgodaki Brothers and <br />George A.
