Aulm was approved and filed with <br />original contractor's bond. <br />Communication was received from the Indiana Lumberman's 11.1 ,tual Insurance Company <br />in regard to Policy 1720361, covering Street Department office building increasin <br />the amount from $2,500.00 to $3,000.00, and applying the old policy on the new building. • <br />Proper record has been made in the office of the Board of Public Works. <br />The matter of repairing boilers in the City Hall or purchasing city heat for the <br />coming winter was discussed and the Secretary was instructed to communicate with the <br />Indiana & Michigan Electric Company and ascertain their best proposition for converting <br />the heating system in the City Hall. <br />Mrs. Margaret Baumbath, 714 Marietta Street, requested that the first alley south <br />of -Bronson Street, running east from Marietta Street, be oiled.
