MEETING May 18, 1936 <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on 11onday, May 18, 1936 at <br />10_:00 A. M. The matter was referred to the Engineering Department with <br />instructions to investigate and report. <br />A communication was received from Attorney Orie Parker, calling attention to a <br />piece of ground on Twyckenha.mi Boulevard in the vicinity of South Bend Avenue that is <br />being used as a public dump and is very offensive. The matter was referred to the <br />Engineering. Department for investigation. <br />A petition signed by residents and property owners in the vicinity of Taylor, <br />William and Scott Streets, numbers 2000 to 2200 south, requesting that Taylor, William, <br />Donald, Ewing Avenue and Scott Streets between Ewing Avenue and Calvert Street be <br />improved by grading and oiling, was referred to the Street Department for attention. <br />Bond of contractor in favor of J.
