This matter was referred <br />to the City Attorney for investigation <br />and recommendation. .: <br />Mr. B. S. Haswell addressed a <br />communication <br />to the Board with reference to <br />the <br />activities of the W.P.A:-workers in connection <br />with regrading of alleys and called <br />particular attention to a condition that has <br />arisen in his alley. The matter was <br />referred to Mr. J. C. Weer. <br />Continuation certificate on excavation <br />bond in favor of Thilman Brothers in <br />the <br />Maryland Casualty Company was approved. <br />Communication was received from William <br />C. Blackmore of McConnell, Blackmore <br />& Cory <br />in reference to franchise for the <br />municipal <br />operation of busses. This matter was <br />referred to the City Attorney for <br />investigation <br />end report. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:30 A.
