Tax Abatements <br /> <br /> <br />(1) Resolution No. 2645 approving an <br />application for real property tax deduction <br />for property located at 7055 Cleveland Rd. <br />(Patterson Logistic Services) <br /> <br />Mr. Mathia noted that Patterson Logistic <br />Services operates distribution facilities for <br />the company’s medical, dental and veterinary <br />divisions. They propose to purchase an <br />existing 208,000 sq. ft. warehouse <br />distribution center that is only partially <br />occupied at this time. They will construct <br />physical improvements, including <br />mechanical and electrical upgrades, plus <br />10,000 sq. ft. of new office and supporting <br />space. <br /> <br />The existing building has a seven-year tax <br />abatement that Patterson intends to assume. <br /> 3 <br /> <br />
