At this point there was a secret <br />conference between the Board and Mr. Bradford. The result of which was that <br />Mr. Smith was refunded the $33.44 <br />The meeting adjourned at 12:10 P. M. <br />Board of Public Works <br />,ATTEST: Clerk <br />SPECIAL MEETING AUGUST 29 1935 <br />Special meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Thursday, August 29, <br />1935 for the purpose of introducing the following Resolution: <br />BE IT RESOLVED, By the Board of Public Works and Safety that the Common Council <br />request the Judge of the St. Joseph Circuit Court to appoint appraisers to <br />appraise the buildings upon property condemned by this Board under its <br />Condemnation Resolution Number 2481, which buildings become the property of the <br />City upon payment for the real estate upon which the same are situated and a <br />list of which buildings are hereto attached and made a part hereof. <br />Adopted this 29th day of August, 1935. <br />Frederick J.
