A legal description of the above address is attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and <br />incorporated herein. <br />9. The projected annual salaries for each new position indicated above are estimated to <br />be as follows (If more space is needed, please attach a separate sheet): <br />No immediate new posifions will be created with Memorial's expansion, <br />however they have requested that build -out plans include an addifianal <br />doctor's office to plan for future growth. <br />13.
