Its <br />thence southeasterly on the south line of Lincoln Way West 54.5 <br />ft, thence south 90 Deg.20' west 51.45 ft, thence north 103Deg.4*' west <br />to the east line of William St, "the nee North 76 Deg.381 East 10.6 ft <br />thence Northeasterly 51.97 ft to place 'of beginning, including 4' <br />easement along east side <br />St. Jose -ph Loan & Trust Co.- 51.10 <br />Principal $226.30 <br />Int ere st 33.99 <br />Tot al $2604,29 <br />The matter of purchasing city directories for various departments was discussed and <br />as there did not seem to be an appropriation in the Board of Public Works to cover <br />this service the Board postponed actionuntil a later date. <br />Fire and Tornado insurance on the City Hall and nine fire stations placed through <br />A. Lynn Minzey in the Indiana Lunhermen"s Mutual Insurance Co. of Indianapolis in <br />the amount of 29 , 775.00- was app-roved by the Board. <br />Riot and Civil Commotion insurance on the City Hall and contents" in the amount of <br />16,750.00 placed through A. Lynn Minzey in the Indiana Lumbermen's Mutual Insurance <br />Co. of Indianapolis, Indiana was approved by the Board. <br />Mr. Fred Corporan appeared before the Board and offered to sell the city metal forms <br />for sidewalk and curb construction, same being approximately 450 ft of curb,- 300 ft. <br />of setupt sidewalk forms and two sets of radius iron's. The matter was referrred to <br />the City Engineer. <br />Plumbers' bond for 0. J. Slhoemaker and Noah Malott in the Home Indemnity Co. of <br />New York were approved by the Board. <br />Excavation bond for Noah. Malo.tt in the Home Indemnity Co. of New York was approved by <br />the Boa rd. <br />The Board adjourned its' morning session at. 12:30, reconvened at 2 P. M. and adjourned <br />at 3 P.
