104 . <br />Meeting Monday, March 11, 1935 <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Monday, March 11, 1935 at <br />11:00 A. M. All members present. <br />Minutes of regular meeting of March .4th, 1935 were read and approved. <br />Claims in the amount of $3, 082. 68 were al lowed in add it1 on to payroll amounting to <br />$3 99 03.15. <br />The matter of .placing renewed fire insurance on the City Hall and Fire Stations <br />which expires on March 31, 1935 was postponed pending further investigation as to <br />changes in the coverage of the various parcels and it is the intention of calling <br />a special meeting of the Board, inviting the Mayor to be present to determine <br />amounts and the allotment to various insurance companies. <br />The fire insurance on the Police Garage building at 224 N. Main St..was ordered <br />renewed as of March 11, 1935 with Y. G. Evert, who has carried the risk for the <br />past three years. <br />Plans of the State Highway Department for paving Western Ave. from Maple St. to <br />the alley west of Kos ciuszko St. were approved by the Board. <br />Renewal certificate on the bond of Ferdinand & Futter in the Metropolitan Casualty <br />Insurance Company of New York was approved by the Board. <br />• <br />It was moved, seconded and carried that the Street Department be permitted to <br />t <br />purchase one new Studebaker 12 to 2 ton Model 1T20-130" base chassis and cab <br />equipped with 6:OOx20 truck balloon tires front and dual rear at a price of <br />$748.5fl. <br />The : -6ting adjourned at 12 : 20 P . 114. <br />Board of Pub l c Works • <br />Attest: L-Clerk <br />0- <br />0 <br />
