Meeting February 25th, 1935 <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held at 11:30 A. M. Monday, <br />February 25, .1935. Mr. Fred Woodward absent. <br />Minutes of the meeting of February 18th were read and approved. <br />Claims in the mount of $206.68 were approved also salary and payroll account for the <br />lest half of February, amounting to 03,631.30. <br />The liana Bell. H. The Board heartily concurred <br />Alarm Station be instructed to keep the doors <br />and instructed the Secretary to so notify Mr. Qualls. <br />The question of sewer pipe contract was brought with reference to placing this order <br />with Rocco Simeri on his bid which was subject to objection. -The Board having <br />securing <br />conferred with Mr. Cox of the FERA and he having given his assurance -that <br />this pipe from Mr. Simeri would not affect the status of the city, in ; connection <br />with FERA, the Board instructed that the contract with Mr. Simeri-stand al,s planed. <br />Mr. deer reported that he could get enough second hand brick at $3.00 per thousand <br />for the Dog Pound using FERA labor.
