The buyer(s) shall be determined at a later date pursuant to availability, approval of the <br />Board, and shall be hereinafter referred to as the Buyer. The Buyer shall be a licensed real <br />estate broker in the State of Indiana. <br />2, No work by the Buyer shall be sublet, assigned or otherwise performed by someone other <br />than the Buyer. <br />3, The Buyer shall make every reasonable effort to acquire expeditiously the parcels listed <br />herein. <br />4. The Buyer shall make a prompt offer to acquire each parcel for the full amount which has <br />been established and approved as just compensation for the acquisition.
