N� <br />History: <br />Founded in 1956, iideall Consolidated has been serving Souith Bend, Indiana, and the <br />surrounding area for over 60 years, In 2010, Ideal Consolidated and its sister company, Martell <br />Electric, were purchased by John and Bonnie Martell. Ideal is a mechanical contractor <br />speciallizinig in commercial, industrial and institutional piping, plumbing andl sheet metal work. A <br />unique aspect of our operation is that all project managers and estimators have extensive field <br />training and experience, with most having completed their respective apprenticeship programs. <br />Mission: <br />Ideal Consolidated is dedicated to providing superior customer service and maintaining the <br />highest standards of integrity, profession ailism and safety while maximiizing value for our <br />customers. At Ideal Consolidated, safety is our number one priority and is a major part of our <br />culture both within the office and out in the field. We have written programs that provide a <br />basis for our aggressive program of traiining, weekly safety meetings and jobsite safety audits. <br />Core Business: <br />We have two main operating divisions — construction and service. The construction division <br />specializes in both plan & spec and design build mechanical systems ranging from: $5,000 to <br />$5M. Our service department focuses on plumbing and hvac service and predictive and <br />preventive maintenance. <br />Employees & Sales Volume: <br />Ideal Consolidated is a union contractor that employees 50 people. our average annual sales <br />volume is $15 million., <br />Insurance & Bonding: <br />MJ Insurance is our insurance agent, and our insurance coverage is provided by CNA Insurance. <br />ONI Risk Partners is our bonding agent, and our bonding is provided by CNA Insurance. We <br />currently have a surety program in place that covers projects up to $25,000,000 with a <br />$60,000,000 aggregate limit. CNA has an A.M. Best Rating of "A" "Xill". <br />Im <br />
