Currently we employ 170 various skilled tradesmen to meet our <br />customer's needs. Also, we have the ability to provide adequate liability <br />insurance and necessary performance bonding for all types of projects, <br />Qualitv <br />Quality is considered one of the critical success factors for our company. As a <br />company that has been around for 97 years, quality has been critical to the <br />growth of our organization. We pride ourselves in the number of long term <br />continuing customers that we serve. In order to maintain the level of quality <br />that our customers' have come to expect the entire KW Services team uses the <br />continuous improvement process. <br />We hold regular meetings with our field supervisors to discuss quality and <br />service issues. In addition, we have reduced the number of core vendors from <br />ten (10) to three (3). Through this reduction we have been able to insure that <br />the quality of products installed on our projects is of the highest caliber. Our <br />project managers, field superintendents, and team vendors meet to preplan our <br />projects.
