NOWASSIGNABILITY BY LESSOR: Notwithstanding any other terms or conditions set forth in the Master Agreement to the contrary, Lessor hereby agrees that it shall not and will not sell, discount, factor, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of its interest in the Equipment or this Schedule or any Lease. 8.
