U.S. Geological Survey <br />contributions for this agreement are $1,800 for a combined total of $4,800, Please sign and return one fully -executed <br />original to Tonja Clark at the Indianapolis address above. <br />The USES completed groundwater -level measurements in the observation well network in northeastern St, Joseph <br />County in July 2017. The record of groundwater levels in that network can be viewed with descriptive graphs and <br />statistics at the website: laut�s ().K�q qs I =41S.I. In addition, the USES as part of <br />_at��E�qj!�L — -ga,& L 41 " ?qcd -'-' - <br />its Climate Response Network continued real-time monitoring in shallow and deep groundwater wells in northeastern <br />St. Joseph County near the border with Elkhart County and continuous monitoring at a City well near the South Bend <br />International Airport. If, for any reason, the agreement cannot be signed and returned by the date shown <br />above, please contact Paul Buszka by phone number (317) 600-2779 or email pnibuszka@usgs.gov to make alternative <br />arrangements. <br />This is a fixed cost agreement to be billed annually via Down Payment Request (automated Form DI-1040). Please <br />allow 30-days from the end of the billing period for issuance of the bill.
