Councilmember Puzzello made a motion to refer this bill to <br />the Health and Public Safety Committee and set it for Public Hearing and Third Reading <br />on February 22, 2010. Councilmember Rouse made a motion to refer this bill to the <br />Community and Economic Development Committee and set it for Public Hearing and <br />Third Reading on February 8, 2010.
