Yinuees of meeting held <br />Monday, June, 25th., 1934, read and approved. <br />The Board ordered the Secretary of the Board to cancel second publication for <br />proposals on street lighting contract due to a change in specifications. <br />The Board approved. the excavation Bond of Samuel J. Frame in the sum of 01,000.00 <br />signed by the United States Fidelity and. Guaranty Company. <br />. The monthly report of 0. P. 'rise, Sexton of the City Cemetery was filed showing <br />a b el€an ce of 50 vaults nor-1 on hand. . <br />A resolution of the South -bend Exchange Club with reference to taking steps in an <br />effort to extinguish the muck fire in the south west section of the City in the Bellevil <br />industrial. Said resolution read and ordered placed on file. <br />The -board, hereby, orders that all City Employees in all departments must pay <br />their water bills at once if delinquent. Unless same are paid at once, steps will be <br />taken to have the amount of delinquencies retained from pray checks. <br />The Board approved the plans for a relief sewer on Sunnyside Avenue between <br />Sunnymede and Yonroe Streets. Said relief sewer to be built with F. E. B. A. Labor <br />and materials furnished by 7Nhitcomb and Keller. <br />The Board approved claims for various departments in the sum of 626.97 and hereby <br />orders City Controller to pay same as soon as possible. <br />Meeting adjourned at 4 -30 P.
