2$ Monday, April23rd., 1934 The Board approved the renewal certificate for the P-xcevation Bond of Arthur Leppert in the sum of $1,000.00 signed by Maryland C,, sual ty Company of Baltimore Xhq Board approved the exc aviation bond of Noah Malott in the sum of 1000. 0 si fined by 'Theetna Casualty Company of Hartford Conn. Upon recommendation of Gilliam F. Q_ualls, the Board approved the petition of the -Indiana Bell Telephone Company for certsin underground work as outlined in their petition of April llth. , 1934. The board ap7oved claims for various departments in the sum of $670.09 and hereby or. tiers City Uontroller to pay same. The Bofl rd approved pay roil claims for various departments in the sum of 05,512.92. A petition for a local seer on Meade Street hetween Alwood and Bulla Streets was referred to the City 'Engineer. This being the date set, continued hearing was bad on Vacation Resolution No.2477 for the vacation of 4rnold Street at hew York Central Railroad. ( See files for copy of resolution.) In the above named vacation resolution No.2477, the Board., being fully a.,dvised in the premises, does hereby rescind all former action taken on said Vacation Resolution and declares same null and void and the proceedings closed. This being the date set continued hearing was had on Vacation Resolution No.2478 for the vacation of Cherrytreet.(See files for copy of resolution.) In the above named vacation resolution No.2478, no remonstrators appeared and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, decides to take final action on said resolution and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved with- out modification. The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners and holders of property and of' valuable interests therein sought to be taken, which list or roll shall also described the property beneficially affected by such vacation.
