Tyler Content Manager (TCM) supports two methods of batch scanning documents, Documents can
be scanned to a file system (e.g, network share), then batch imported |n1oTCM. Documents can also
bescanned directly into TC&4using ascanner attached toaworkstation.
The first method only requires a scanner capable of scanning to a file system. The second method
reqmiresaTVVAiNcompliant scanner, though Tymrhighly recommends usln8anapproved scanner
referenced in the Scanner Compatibility Chart below for full functionality, Tyler also recommends
verifying driver compatibility with your operating system for any scanner considered.
Canon
cm9M
Dn2s/oc
nR'3O10C
nn4nznC
ox-5Vzoc
DR-60S,OC
DR-M14U
onmza0
oxsoxoc
Fujitsu
F)-5750C
R'59DDC
R-59gOC
R-6040Z
FI-6110
Fi-7180
F|'6z10
Graphtex
cssoopru*
Hewlett Packard (HP)
Scmn1et82s0*
3cvnJet*3S0*
Panasonic
xvs7075c
mcS5m46n
xv-sznm7
Xerox
mocumate1s2*
DR-7550C
on7soo
on-9nsoc
on-9O8OC
nn-mzsu
DR-X18C
mxC-125
DR-C175
R-6240Z
R-677O
pF/26m
R-7280
m-51057C
KV-S1027C
m-Szousc
* Not fully supported, These scanners have not been tested in our lab. They are in use by one or more
customers and may have issues that have not been reported.
Batch Invoicft using TCM requires a desktop bar code label printer for each workstation that enters
invoices. At the time ufinvoice entry, u p|areholderdocument iscreated inTCM and the printer
prints barcode label that's affixed to each invoice. When batch scanning / importing to TCM, the
barcode is used to automatically link the invoice to the respective apphcation record.
M.
Qly (!JSoothBend, W
