The consolidated complaint, filed <br />March 24, 2017, alleges that Shelby County and officials in the County unlawfully detained <br />certain inmates imthe County jail. Tyler implemented its Odyssey case management system in <br />Shelby County courts, but the lawsuit tries to claim that Tyler's software, was somehow <br />connected to the aflegedly unlawful detentions in the County jail. On October 31, 2017, <br />another class action lawsuit, alleging almost identical facts and claims against the same group <br />ofdefendants, was filed bya second set ofplaintiffs lawyers onbehalf ofasecond set of <br />alieged class action plaintiffs, Tyler has moved to dismiss the claim against it in the first -filed <br />18 <br />� � {fly@fSoufh8em&0V <br />
