(S&S) the opportunity to respond to the City of South Bend�s <br />RFP (hereinafter "South Bend" or "the City") for a Utility Billing System. This proposal outlines our solution in <br />meeting or exceeding the utility billing system and services needy of your organization. We certify that all <br />information in this proposal is true, accurate, and complete to the best ofour ability and constitutes our <br />response toyour request. <br />Forthe City we are proposing our enQuesta solution suite (v6), our Capricorn Web Self -Service solution (vl) and <br />our included IBM Cognos Analyfics solution for Business Intelligence.
