NORTHISTAR' <br />We currently offer a separate mobile solution allowing Field Staff to download and complete service <br />orders directly from any handheld device. The application works while connected to the network or in an <br />Offline mode. This functionality entails.the following <br />1. Batch creation <br />2. Batch load — load process can be done in several ways: <br />a. Through meter reading transfer to billing journal (by cycle, routes, account_no) <br />b. Single account load into a journal <br />c. Final billing order completion load <br />3. Calculation of the batch with a specific bill date and due date <br />4. Review batch via verification listing <br />5. Print bills <br />6. Print the journal listing <br />7. Post the batch to the proper GL month/year <br />8. The bills are posted to the account history, reading history and GL posting history <br />Describe how your solution represents and handles customers. who are not rate payers such as <br />developers and contractors. <br />The NorthStar system allows for premise accounts to be open that are linked to a certain contractor or <br />developer.
