<br />Mr. Ezaki is an experienced Senior Principal Business Consultant with Infor' ervices. Mr. Ezaki has more
<br />than 15 years of software life cycle experience implementing all components of the Infor Public Sector Billing
<br />solutions for both, Public Sector and Private clients. Mr. Ezakii's management skills and experience provide
<br />the client's technical team, and the Infor project team with the strong leadership, process, guidance, and
<br />expertise required for successful solution, implementation.His software development competencies add to
<br />his strength in, complete project management activities for aspects of custom interface development, data
<br />conversion, requirements gathering, configuration, documentation, quality control, and training, Mr. Ezaki
<br />also has broad exposure to best practices across many clients, and has worked on many of Infor's largest
<br />billing projects.
<br />PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
<br />Infor Public Sector Mr. Ezaki is currently engaged as a principal consultant, and application expert
<br />Utility Billing working for a 126K customer City Utility Billing department billing water, sewer,
<br />gas, storm, and garbage. He is responsible for working with city staff to
<br />determine requirements for Journal configuration and GL interface configuration
<br />to work in conjunction with Infor Lawson Financials. Mr. (Ezaki is also working
<br />with client on software functionality, detailed test plans, and training
<br />documentation. This City operates in a SQL Server environment, and is an IPS
<br />enterprise client using both ION and the Cloud.
<br />Infor Public Sector Mr, Ezaki served as a technical consultant and application expert on billing with
<br />CDR Billing an Infor Partner in implementing CDR Billing for a 3,8M citizen city. Mr. Ezaki
<br />worked with, City staff, and a service partner to determine requirements for
<br />billing, including number and type of bills, the necessary configurations, and the
<br />format of each of bills outputs, This, City operates in an Oracle environment.
<br />Infor Public Sector Mr. Ezaki was a project leader, and application expert for a 30,K customer city
<br />Utility Billing upgrading their Assets and CDR to IPS from Hansen v7.x and implementing
<br />Asset Management IPS Utility Billing:, and Cashiering. He worked with City IT staff on conversions,
<br />CDR Billing and testing; configured IPS Utility Billing, and managed Infer technical
<br />resources for configuration coding, and interface development for meter
<br />reading, financial institution payment files, bili print vendor, collection, agency,
<br />and G/L system. This City operates in a SQL Server environment.
<br />Infor Public Sector Mr. Ezaki served as a senior business consultant, and, application expert on
<br />Utility Billing this project to install IPS Utility Billing for a 450K customer city running SQL
<br />Server. This project included radio read software for meter reading from
<br />multiple vendor which required multiple interfaces. Mr. Ezaki was responsible
<br />for configuration, conversion documentation, interface documentation, and
<br />managing client requirement sessions,
<br />Infor Public Sector Mr. Ezaki served as a senior business consultant, and application expert on
<br />Utility Billing this project to install IPS Utility Billing for a 400K customer water district
<br />operating in an Oracle environment. The project also included IPS Assets,
<br />and CDR, and Cashiering. In addition to being responsible for business
<br />process reviews, configuration/design of software functionality, conversion
<br />requirements, and interface requirements, Mr. (Ezaki served as the backup
<br />Project Manager for the UB PM on this project.
<br />Hansen v7.x Mr. Ezaki served as a senior business consultant, and application expert on
<br />Tax Billing this project to install Hansen v7.x Tax Billing for a 3.3M citizen US Territory
<br />tax authority. The project included over I M property, and personal property
<br />tax bills being created.
