This section shall: (1) For all proposed software components, Vendor shall clearly indicate the proposed version number and software name, the current version number and software name, the planned release date for the next version,. (2) For the proposed software solution indicate the number of current installations and installations performed in the past 5 years, by type of utility (water, wastewater, electric, gas, etc.); (3) For proposed software, indicate all supported computing environments,, indicated support for, virtual/physical servers, operating system, and database management software; (4) Described on -premise versus cloudfhosted software delivery options. The AWS infrastructure team willl manage physical servers. The Infor Cloud applications run on Microsoft SQL. and the Infor Cloud Operations team is responsible for managing all upgrades, patches and bug fixes in the Cloud. (4) Described on -premise versus cloud/hosted software delivery options. When our applications are deployed OnlPrem our customers are responsible for managing how the applications are deployed. In the Cloud, our team manages the deployment to our customers from a Cloud deployment. All parts of the software support are handled by Infor including the computing, environment, patches, fixes, and software upgrades. The application software is operated within Amazon. Web Service. The client is responsible for their access points and the connection to the web/AWS.
