BACKFLOW MANAGEMENT <br />Backflow Management provides functionality that is critical in managing an organization's cross <br />connection program. Backflow management is directly integrated with the billing system, <br />tracking key information related to backflow compliance including; individualresponsible to <br />ensure the device is tested, testing schedule, test results as well as any fees associated with <br />non -compliant devices . Reminder letters can be generated alerting that the device is scheduled <br />to be tested. If test results are not provided or the device fails, then additional letters and actions <br />can be initiated in CSM. <br />User -defined maintenance schedules can be established for several meter types.
