SMARTCONNECT <br />SmartConnect makes integration and automation simple. At its core, SmartConnect can take <br />data from any source and create records within the Cogsdale solution, SmartConnect provides <br />a drag and drop user interface to create records, allowing users to mix and match any <br />destination with any data source. Some key features that make SmartConnect easy to work with <br />are: <br />• Transformation — Data is never provided in a nice, prepared format. The on -the -fly <br />transformation saves user from having to spend time formatting data., <br />• Scheduler — The timing of each integration will be different. Because of that, <br />SimartConnect can ruin manually or can be scheduled to trigger code in another <br />applicatiion or, scheduled to run at certain periods. <br />• DataSource — SmartConnect allows users to pull data from anywhere, perform <br />calculations on the data, do lookups in another database and return values. IIt will also <br />restrict and exclude certain data records and calculate the next record number. <br />• Import/Export — SmartConnect can import or export data from a, variety of destinations. <br />SMARTVIEW <br />SmartView takes SmartList and makes it better by providing an alternate, fast, flexible interface <br />to all existing SmartLists. SmartVIew can be launched from user desktops, which means <br />everyone in the organization can share and benefit from having easy access to Cogsdale <br />system data.
