COGSDALE — SOFTWARE, VERSION <br />Cogsdale Customer Service Management 2016 Build 43A (current version, as of January 23). <br />A new version is scheduled to be released January 31. <br />Cogsdale will implement the most recent version at the City of South Bend. Cogsdale service <br />packs are released quarterly, with new versions released every 12 — 18 months. <br />Cogsdale currently has 375 customers.
